Hey there! We totally get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we have a super easy-peasy return policy that’s as smooth as silk (pun intended). So, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, no worries! We’ve got your back.

First things first, you’ve got a whole 3 days to decide if you want to return your item. That’s right, a whole 72 hours to ponder and contemplate. Take your time, we’ll be here.

Now, here’s the deal. To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition as when you received it. Products with perfumes or body Odor are considered used and are not fit for return or exchange. That means no wearing it to your cousin’s wedding and then trying to return it (we’ve seen it all, trust us). Keep those tags on and make sure it’s in its original packaging. Oh, and don’t forget the receipt or proof of purchase. We need that too.

Now, here’s the scoop on exceptions. We can’t accept returns on certain items like perishable goods (we’re not in the business of selling bananas), custom products (because they’re made just for you), and personal care goods (we don’t want your used mascara, trust us). We also can’t take back hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (safety first, folks). And sorry, but sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. We hope you understand.
